My approach to coaching
“The essence of my coaching is someone to help to discover his or hers own answers. My starting point is that beliefs and motives determine our behavior. If you know your own motives, you will behave more effectively. The guiding question here is linked to my client to his or her specific situations and experiences. A combination of thinking, feeling and doing.
My approach and strength in working is my energy, enthusiasm and empathy. I’m able to create quickly a sense of trust and security for my clients. My clients think of me as an energetic coach who has eye, ear and sense for them. Leading in my coaching are the values of respect, compassion and love for people.
The common thread in my coaching is communication. Communication within people themselves: the obstacles that hinder and prevent people to be in their full strength. And communication within teams and organisations: I have discovered that I can support a variety of clients especially where people connect with each other, where conflicts arise and how to reinforce each other’s opposite qualities.
As a result to both aspects (inter / intra) my coaching comes with permanent results. I also accompany managers to continue with this result.”
